Over 30 years of professional experience. A formula that, on its own, doesn’t say much. My work often starts from the attempt to make things a little less complex than they appear.
I grew up in Ticino, studied between Switzerland and Italy, and now live in Zurich. Rather than a straight line, this path has taken several directions.
I move between graphic design, illustration and art direction, between method and intuition. I don’t feel at ease with rigid categories, which is probably why I keep moving, without feeling the need to settle in one place.
I work mainly on cultural and social themes. In recent years, much of my work has involved communication for NGOs and fundraising.
I also create editorial illustrations for international publications, a space where thinking takes shape through images.
I’m drawn to what stays open rather than what closes. The work takes shape through exchange. Things begin to work when they find their form.
I’m not always the same. And that’s probably why I keep doing this work.
